The prices are starting prices within each complex and apply for December through April. Proportionate discounts apply for May through November.
The specified condominium complexes have varying minimum rental periods. The minimum rental period marketed for a specific property is determined by complex and/or owner direction. Accordingly, some complexes and/or owners prohibit rentals of less than a month.
Note that the above price table is subject to a transient occupancy tax of ten percent or more (if rental is less than 28 days), post-occupancy cleaning charge, possible energy surcharge or cap, and a damage waiver or refundable security deposit. Also, special holiday pricing may apply.
