Office Hours - Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. Closed on Sundays and most Holidays.

Reservations - All accommodations subject to availability. The Rental Connection (TRC) will assign you a specific unit. However, if circumstances beyond TRC's control make your assigned unit unavailable, we will attempt to reassign you to another unit of comparable quality.

Security Deposit/Damage Waiver - You agree to indemnify the property owner for any damage or loss to the rented property or its contents that result from negligence or abuse on the part of yourself and/or your guests, normal wear and tear excluded. Note that either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver protection plan, with appropriate liability limits, is included in the total cost of your holiday experience.

Payment - A deposit of 25% is due within 10 days of the reservation request. An equal second payment is due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. Should your reservation be made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, the full amount is due within ten days of making the reservation. TRC reserves the right to cancel your reservation without further notice or obligation should you fail to make payment according to the above schedule. Should this occur, all monies paid will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy - Should you elect to cancel your reservation, all prepaid monies will be retained as liquidated damages. Penalties will be waived commensurate with our ability to re-rent the subject property for a comparable period and rate. Note that a non-refundable reservation processing fee is charged for each reservation.

Hotel Tax - Rentals of less than 28 days are subject to a Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% or more depending on location.

Housekeeping - Your reserved rental property will be cleaned, with linens in place, prior to your arrival. All rental units are equipped with cleaning equipment and washer/dryer facilities. Interim maid service is available at an additional charge. A mandatory post-occupancy cleaning fee is included in the rental rate.

Keys - All keys, gate cards and garage openers must be picked up at AND returned to our office. A fee of $25 each for keys and $50 each for gate cards and garage openers not returned to our office will be deducted from the security deposit. TRC assumes no liability for personal items left behind.

Check In/Out - Please check in at our office after 2 pm. Our check out time is 10 am. Late departures will be charged a half-day rate which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Utilities - All rental units contain a restricted telephone. Toll calls require use of a major credit or debit card or operator assistance. Local calls are free. Any toll calls that are charged to the owner will be billed to the tenant with appropriate service charges added. For rentals of a month or longer, energy caps may be imposed for natural gas and/or electricity. An acceptable credit card pre-authorization will be required at check-in to address any subsequent overage. For rentals of less than a month, utility surcharges may be imposed.

Restrictions - Most units prohibit pets. Many units prohibit smoking. We will attempt to match a unit to your needs.
